RETURNS & REFUNDS

All watches are carefully packed before shipment. In the unlikely event of shipping damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and watch.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment. Once an item has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
VINTAGE WATCHES
Will my vintage watch be perfectly accurate?
Vintage mechanical watches are not expected to perform to modern chronometer standards. Minor daily variation is normal and part of the character of vintage timepieces.
Are vintage watches water resistant?
Unless specifically stated otherwise, vintage watches should not be considered water resistant. Even if a watch originally left the factory with water-resistant specifications, age and wear may affect its performance.
Are all vintage watches sold with box and papers?
Most vintage watches are sold as watch-only unless otherwise stated in the listing. Original boxes, papers, manuals, receipts, and accessories are often lost over decades of ownership, making complete sets increasingly difficult to find. Any original accessories included with a watch will be clearly stated in the product description.
Can I wear my vintage watch every day?
Many vintage watches can be enjoyed regularly, but they should be treated with greater care than modern watches. We recommend avoiding water exposure, strong impacts, and magnetic fields.
Why do vintage watches show signs of age?
Patina, dial aging, case wear, and other signs of age are expected characteristics of vintage watches. These features often contribute to the uniqueness, character, and collectability of each piece.
